When you hear the word “doula,” you might think of someone who supports you in labor—and while that’s true, the role of a doula extends far beyond the delivery room. A doula is a steady, nurturing presence throughout your entire journey into motherhood.
During pregnancy, a doula helps you prepare—emotionally, physically, and logistically—for the changes to come. From helping you build a birth plan to offering grounding techniques and answering your questions, I’m here to be a compassionate guide, not just a resource.
During labor, I provide comfort measures like breath coaching, massage, and emotional support. I’m there to advocate for your wishes, remind you of your strength, and hold space when things feel intense.
In postpartum, my role deepens. I help you transition into life with your baby—cooking nourishing meals, supporting your recovery, easing emotional overwhelm, and offering Ayurvedic bodywork to restore your balance.
You were never meant to do this alone. With the right support, you can feel calm, seen, and grounded—every step of the way.
